My Ontario one does have it. Something like the green one on this link - https://www.ontario.ca/page/apply-ohip-and-get-health-card
I need to double check with RAMQ tomorrow because this is my first health insurance card in Quebec and people say from second application, I'll get a health insurance card with photo.
Also when I was in Ontario I only had a card with number not photo...
I'm wondering if it's okay if I use Quebec health insurance card without photo.

I also took the test on dec 23rd. I’m a bit concerned as I had 2 test invites on the tracker with different dates (only received one and did the test by the due date). I have no updates on the tracker, except I only have one invite now saying I need to take the test still. Should I reach out to someone on this?

True. I see guys being worried about test not being updated after 2-3 days but we just need to have patience.

Office is Montreal for both - Applications were submitted separately with a week difference.
My wife and I wrote on Dec 4th.. It has not yet been updated on the tracker! Today is the last day as per the exam timeline (Dec 4 - Jan 2nd).
Same as me , I called ircc today and they said to basically wait or do the exam again , the mistake here was that they send 2 exam applications per error and I did my exam on the one that was an error and was deleted, I said to them I have the prove I did my exam and I don’t want to do it again as was an error from them .. anyways I am waiting for the Vancouver processing office to review my case
Yeah it's definitely slowed down over Christmas (as expected), so I don't think its anything to worry about!
