I got my AOR on Friday 7 am, but cannot register to the tracker-suivi, still says incorrect or invalid information. Is this normal?

Yes, it’s normal. Usually, you need to wait more than 48 hours after you received the AOR.

Try this link. Create an account with your UCI and AOR. If you still can’t register, just wait a few more days or ask IRCC.

Are you sure? Does your link start with the word tracker or with IRCC? There are two similar looking trackers with similar links.

Hi @WhiteMocha I received my AOR on November 9 and after a couple days still wasn't able to create and account. Today I did the following and was able to create a tracker account and log in. Posting it here in case it helps you or others:

1- I cleared my browser cookies/history for the past 7 days. (using Chrome)
2- Went to https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
3- Manually typed in the UCI without '-' (Not copy/paste!)
4- Manually typed in the Application number (Not copy/paste!) - Make sure the C at the beginning is Capital.

This worked for me, hopefully it helps you too!
