PSAC Canada strike will begin on Wed as per the latest update. Fingers crossed - anyone to get progress updates on their application before that will be lucky. After Wed, brace for delays. Wish the negotiations work out.

Only if no deal is reached.

Yes, I did call them. Agent told me that she doesn’t see any update regarding it and mentioned that as long as I have completed the test, I should not worry about it. She told me that usually test doesn’t get completed on tracker until the window is over.

Did your test get updated on the tracker yet? Mine has not been. I tried calling IRCC today but could not connect. Just submitted the webform.

Wondering why it is taking so long to update the test result? Hopefully everything is alright. Or maybe my office in Niagara is overwhelmed.

Hi,

Nope, no updates on test yet. I am keeping an eye it. If it’s too late then will submit webform.

Last update: IRCC permanent employees are now officially on strike

My guess is after reading articles, it won't be a long one? Just a crazy guess, but if I was working from home and had to go to a strike location now to get paid, probably not something I'll do for a long time. Been an interesting 2+ years, so hopefully it's all over quickly!
