Is anyone facing an issue logging into the application status tracker?
I just see "Loading... / Chargement...". Nothing loads up. Tried several browsers.

It did this to me on my phone for a few days and i couldn't check, but PC was always working. They both work now...still nothing new either haha.
Yeah, that's the number. I called twice and got hold of an agent the second time. Wait time was about 15min.
To be honest, I take what she said with a pinch of salt. If nothing changes on my tracker in the next couple of weeks, I'll probably call again. Good luck!
I also took mine on Sat 02/18 and it got updated today, so one week for me.

try sending a web form first and then call IRCC. In my experience, I submitted my application in Oct 23 2022. Received a requst for additional docs via email and an update on tracker portal. I provided the document via reply email and web form on Nov 2nd 2022, (again on Nov 15 and via webform on Nov 28).
the tracker still shows as of Jan 20 update, they are waiting additional docs from me.
I called IRCC on Jan 28 2023, they confirmed having received the docs and them being on my file. They mentioned case is being processed and the tracker will be updated soon however there is a glitch so it takes time. Not to worry and disregard the status on tracker and he confirmed on phone, docs were received and on file.

I completed the test on 17th Feb (20/20), but its still not updated in tracker. Should I have to follow-up with IRCC or wait ?
Hello All, I verified application status for me and my wife. Currently it’s showing as Scheduled For Citizenship test (March 3,2023). But both of us is yet to get any email from IRCC.
