each applicant (family member) receives distinct AOR email, though they linked it to a GROUP, by assigning group number as well. Initially group number was given at time of Oath, instead now they started to assign from AOR. We received 3 emails and same group number been assigned.

AOR 10th Nov. I am still not able to register to the tracker account. Says Incorrect or invalid information.
Is your's an urgent application? Did you receive an "Acknowledgement of Receipt" (AOR) e-mail with your application number? For paper applications, those that were delivered around Oct 04 are seeing AORs. However, for Online Applications we are seeing AORs for Applications delivered Oct 30. From what I see in the google sheet (link in signature) this is an astonishingly quick turnaround for a paper AOR in October...
If you indeed received an application number in your e-mail on Nov 4, I would suggest you use the webform to report a technical issue...

Yes, I received AOR email with a pdf attachment on Nov 4, and another email indicating I can start the register tracker on Nov 16. Did not work out with the registration yet. I will submit a webform then

I am up to 3 web forms submitted now. Each time they take about 10 days to reply but send some generic information. It sounds like they don't even read what you wrote or check screenshots. Hopefully my 3rd one will have a better reply.

Checkout the Oct tab of the google sheets (link in signature)... After AOR, your background check should complete or they may request your FP and it goes from there
