October 2022 Citizenship Applications

I applied online on Oct 10th. My online application portal says:
>This is not your acknowledgement of receipt (AOR)
>Status of your application: Submitted for our review
>Submitted on: October 10, 2022

Then I got access to Citizenship application status tracker, that on the other hand says:
> Oct 21, 2022, Application filed
>We have received your application and have begun to process your application. Information about next steps and required action items will be coming soon
>And four items are in process (Language, etc.)

What is the status of my application? AOR? ECAS?

Because you submitted your application online, you will need to use the new tracker to track the status of your case. ECAS is only available for paper applicants.

Since you are able to log-in to the tracker, it looks like you already received AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) - an e-mail containing the application number for your case. You would have used this application number to create an account and login to the new tracker. Next step is to wait for your background check to complete and then wait for a test invite.

Currently, online applicants from April 2022 are seeing some movement. So you have some wait ahead of you... Hang tight!

yes tried UCI with and without "-"

Today Infact I received a email from IRCC that your application was added in our system on 10th Nov.


Error : Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet.
