raise a webform and enquire. That would be the only choice considering you have not received AOR yet

Here there are two scenarios.

First they haven't received your application. .second they received your application but later on returned .
Actually , IRCC return application BY regular mail , so might be lost

Better to call IRCC call centre people, even file Is not in the system still they can check with your date of birth that what was reason for the return

If they sent you a request then Definately there should be a file no. Over there . Please check the letter again .

IRCC asks for the additional documents only when there is file no.

The best option is to contact your local MP office .

I have waiting exactly same day medical passed. And nothing yet since

I read that they are finalizing application from dec 2019 for.outland.so it's going to be a hell.of a long wait still

It is saying 12 months but when I checked the.process times on another site it said they are currently finalizing applications from Dec 17 to the 21 of 2019

Not sure about that ...I applied in Oct of 2020 for my husband and he got medical.request in April 2021 ..so it was 6 months from aor
