Good evening, I have sent our application on December 2020 however, I didn't notice that the IMM 5532 form was updated on October 2020. I used the 02-2019 form Is the application would likely to be returned?

I have the same issue. I checked all the forms and their versions before sending out again, it just happened that i did not clear my cookies. From what i read up, it's a 50-50 chance of getting returned. In my opinion, if the change is not big or you are using one version older, they might take it, but again it's just my opinion. Have to wait and see, there is not much we can do.

They generally give some lee way from when new forms are issued for the old ones still being used for that reason. Hopefully you will be ok.
