Guys mine was received oct 24, no reply yet!! I can see some.people that already got their aor. Should i start worrying?? What do i do?

Nah, remember that these are immigration officers so they are federal employees. They get real nice vacations etc. Since you are at the later end of October, they all probably stopped working for the holidays right before they sent out your AOR. So bad timing is all. Of course this is completely speculative. There are people out there who have had to wait much longer than others for their AORs, has a lot to do with your application, the officer who is looking at your application, and of course, luck. Hopefully this has been helpful...

Document received 02 Oct
no AOR yet
Is there some one who received AOR of their documents?

CIC received our application on October 1st and we got our AOR on December 6th and then our sponsorship approval on December 18th and now we are waiting for our medical request.

Here is a spread sheet of some October Applicants. Looking at the spreadsheet it seems people either have not received their AOR's or are not filling in their spreadsheet.

I wouldn't worry..........yet :). And just because people get their AOR's before other people does not mean their application time will be quicker as I have checked other month applicants to see some get AOR's and Medical requests much quicker than others but in the end they all get their final approvals around the same time yet I have seen some who have gotten approvals in 4 months. Hopefully people are updating their status on the October spread sheet (as it is easy to do) just so everyone here can get a rough idea of how the October application process is going for everyone.

There are multiple reason for delay as I think.
1 December as many employees take their annual leaves end of the year
2 Christmas
3 End of quota of 2018 As far as I know each year have its quota .

I spoke too soon. I guess my wife has not been checking her emails or GCKey account lately as the Medical Request was sent to her 3 days ago on December 24th. They are also requesting PROOF of my wife and I living together (joint accounts etc...) and PROOF that we intend to return to Canada even though I already gave them all this information when we sent our application. I am just glad to see things rolling with our application.
Skippity do da!

I just found out if you get a temp number with an X it means your application hasn’t been assigned to an Agent as yet. An F means it’s assigned.

How about if it XF********** , Application received Oct 2. I called a couple weeks ago and they gave me that number and it said it hasn't begun processing yet so I assume XF means not assigned either.

Yes the XF means it wasn’t assigned to an Agent. They drop the X when it is assigned to the Agent who will oversee everything.

Hi all!!
I am a 2018 Outland applicant that just got my package returned as I was missing IMM 5406

2 questions:
1) Sponsor and applicant need to do this form? Just ensuring?
2) Am I able to send back my package as is? Just add the IMM 5406 form, as well as the denial/ rejection letter from immigration stating what was missing, and the error has been fixed? Or do I need to update everything? My document was originally sent Oct 4, received Oct 14, and just sent back this week.
3) Do I need updated police check 08/08/18?

Thanks so much for any help!!

So after my AOR1 on December 8, I haven't heard anything from them.

I checked my online services account and the current status is changed to "Application/Profile Updated"
Everything else is still the same. Nothing on eCAS either.

Same, still “in process” in ecas. No SA, no medical request. No updates in GCkey either :(
