got approved Feb 5, got printed Feb 12, still waiting on the mail - has anyone waited this long for physical copy? I'm starting to get worried that Canada Post has lost it.

saw May 31ths applicants got DM already .... thats so exciting !!!
Even June and July applicants are getting DMs, AIPs and SAs. August is also seeing movement
That’s true, many June and July applicants are getting SA and AIP. I’ve seen August applicants (even August 31st) getting ghost updates that usually happen before SA too!
True!!! A friend of mine got A GTP days after he got the POA. It is amazing how fast this is moving. I believe we should be close to the next wave of SPT! Yay!!

Glad to hear things are moving along for most of us! Unfortunately, we're still waiting on OWP decision. According to GCKey they received the app on Oct. 19th, yet they still haven't even started to review eligibility. On the bright side, the PR app is moving along nicely.
Hello guys. I just got the background check request, and was wondering, the piece of mail I got from the CIC is just requesting a background check from my home country but not from Canada.
It just seems odd to me that they are not asking for the clearance check from Canada (as I remember that they requested it 2 years ago when I applied for my permanent residence). Please advise, thanks!

They do their own check on you in Canada
They usually don't ask for it but sometimes they do
Just get what they requested if they need anything else they'll contact you
I just received a hard copy of my OWP.
It took only 3 days to be delivered after I got my OWP approved. (Tue)
