MyCIC shows my medical exam passed today - Jan 17th. Medical was done on 2nd Jan and the doctors office only sent them the results yesterday so a quick turnaround there.
ECAS still shows nothing except them receiving my application on 25th Oct.

Things suddenly speed up.
Went to do medical on Saturday, Jan 13, 2018; I was able directly to browse lab results online on Jan 16, 2018, but doctor told to contact him in a week as far as to check the date when he files e-medical, and today, on January 17, 2018:
- GCKey account shows "Review of medical results - You passed the medical exam"
- ECAS system shows for PA - "In Process"; Medical results have been received.
- Got email with attached letter stating that Application has been forwarded to the VO.

@cango2017 Friend, do you know how days visa office generally takes for making a decision or giving any update? My file is processing in Singapore VO and they have informed us on January 03, 2018. After that there is no update, even they didn't ask for medical & PCC yet? Don't know what is going over there...........
IT'S STRESSFUL!!!
There is no big difference between the two ECAS accounts. PA's ECAS account only shows his/her information and sponsor's ECAS account shows the information for both people.

I thought your application would stay in Mississauga as both of you reside in the US. Which VO are they forwarding to?

Got an email yesterday that the file has been transferred to London visa office
Thank you all who answered my question about the difference in ECAS accounts. Very helpful. I still haven't succeed in logging into the PA's ECAS account and I don't think it's even worth trying.
In other news, I just got my the file transfer email. October 26th applicant going to the London VO. I was curious which VO it would go to since the PA is Chinese but living in the UAE and the sponsor is canadian but living in China. I guess they go by whichever VO services the country that the applicant is currently residing in.

Ecas now showing that my medical results have been received.
My GCKEY changed to medical passed yesterday though so not new news!

CSQ and Medical Exam are required for the second time
please I need your help, I am a us citizen and my husband is a Canadian permanent resident, so we applied our family class sponsorship the end of September , our application was received on September 29, we got a letter that has the application number and they as me to link my application online, so I did and they ask me to provide schedule A and medical exam, I tried send schedule A trough my online account but it keep saying not submitted to IRCC, so I decided to send all my documents by mail to this address since I am Outland applicant:

and it showed me it was delivered December 8, then I send my medical exam and it was delivered in December 14, I also send it prove that I am waiting for my background checks, and I send two from tow different countries to the same address. Then my husband got a letter from them saying that he is approved to sponsor me and they ask him "de présenter une demande d'engagement " and at the same time they ask me to fill out CSQ Certificat de selection du Quebec, so my husband send the Agreement and Undertaking (demande d'engagement) with the CSQ and it was received on January 4, 2018. But today they send me a letter saying in order to continue the processing of your application we require the following documents

.Medical exam
But we already send them
Do you guys have any idea why they are asking me to provide these documents again? Is it possible that they didn't receive them?
Did I sent them to the wrong address?
I am really lost , please any advice I don't know what happened
We actually don't have a clue either. I think there should be a request letter from your VO office (AOR2) which confirms your app and requests your documents, this just happened to us. And we are waiting for multi PCC at the moment. I guess after we mail all the requested docs it gonna take 2 more months to do background check and so on. Just be patient and see what happens... Good luck!
Manila Visa Office is very slow when it comes to processing papers. I have 3 friends here who also sponsor their spouses and it took 10 months before MVO request their passport. They complained it to CIC Canada then days after they received an email requesting for passport.
