Congrats and Welcome. If I remember correctly you had applied out land at the Sydney office and you were processed in Mississauga right?

Well i think it's pretty safe to assume that nothing will be resolved with my situation this week. I got my MP involved again this week and they got back to him yesterday with no news really. He just repeated back to me what I already know, which is just the notes from the CIC agent pretty much. I still don't have a AOR since submitting the requested form Oct 1st I never received any other emails requesting for the forms again, which is what they would've done once my 45 days were up to submit the forms if they had lost them so it doesn't seem like they've lost them they just haven't knowledge anything. My MP is going to resubmit the forms to them for me again anyways. Apparently this is not going to affect my file or delayed it again so let's see what happens.

I am sorry that you have to go through this. I am sure it is very hard for you and your husband. Stay positive and remember that things happen for a reason. May be this delay will result in a very quick COPR for him. Who knows

Sorry to hear its taking much long. Is the MP submitting the form again without them asking?

Yeah he figured that we should just send them in again, but first he made sure to make sure that it's not gonna effect my processing time again. They haven't asked for the forms again but it's been so long without hearing anything. They gave me 45 days to submit the form but the 45 days passed a long time ago.

I highly doubt that they will aknowledge this mistake and try to fix it by processing it faster, that's just wishful thinking, and unfortunately staying positive is something I just can't do anymore, not after all of this. It would have to be a freaking miracle ha ha. Seeing as The Visa office that will be handling our application is Havana and not Sydney or London or whatever other countries have been processed and Canada lately I'm pretty sure Havana is where it's going to go.

I think at this point the only other option was a MP inquiry and you had already done that. Not sure if you have already mentioned; did you contact CIC asking about the second form you submitting and if they received it?

No because it was actually my MP emailed the forms on my behalf this morning, just as a backup

I was asking about the form you submitted on Oct 1st, were you able to contact them asking if they have received it.

And your MP submitting the form for the third time just as a backup correct.

As mentioned unfortunately I dont think you can do much other than contacting a PM which you have done.

Is there any possibility to go and visit your husband to make it easier on you guys?
