I never received any other emails requesting for the forms again, which is what they would've done once my 45 days were up to submit the forms if they had lost them so it doesn't seem like they've lost them they just haven't knowledge anything. My MP is going to resubmit the forms to them for me again anyways. Apparently this is not going to affect my file or delayed it again so let's see what happens. 
I am sorry that you have to go through this. I am sure it is very hard for you and your husband. Stay positive and remember that things happen for a reason. Yeah he figured that we should just send them in again, but first he made sure to make sure that it's not gonna effect my processing time again. They haven't asked for the forms again but it's been so long without hearing anything. They gave me 45 days to submit the form but the 45 days passed a long time ago.draxz1289 said:

I think at this point the only other option was a MP inquiry and you had already done that. Not sure if you have already mentioned; did you contact CIC asking about the second form you submitting and if they received it?newgirl1 said:
