Movement! I woke up this morning to an AOR in my inbox! Given the pattern on the forum, I'm expecting SA to come through next week and will finally know if our application is getting processed in London or will be held in Canada.

I'm the sponsor and am still living in London with my common-law partner where we have been for the last 3+ years. I'm itching to make plans to move home!!

Was it sent a few days ago or today? The reason im asking is because u posted so early in the morning and i wouldnt think they CIC is open so early?

As mentioned, I live in London UK. The email was sent around 7:30pm EST yesterday but I didn't see it until I woke up in the UK. It was an email, not a posted letter.

I would presume the emails are automated so to when they are sent.. I work in advertising

What did they say when u called them December 5th saying u already sent the form? Did u provide them with a tracking number?

I told them to put a note since this is the second time im submitting, they said we cant do that since you have just submitted on dec.5th its too soon call again in two weeks

Which forms did they ask for? Hope they have not misunderstood your application as inland.

We have seen many outland applicants getting confirmation clearly explaining that the in Canada application has been received and what not.
I would presume the only way to know is when you get the AOR unfortunately

But did you have a tracking number for the first time you sent the form? Did you provide it to them to prove that it was delivered the first time?
