It's pretty simple when you get on the phone with them they ask you if you want to proceed in English or French. After that it's always option one. Keep pressing one all the way through until you get to the part where they ask you for your application number, or UCI number.you can just make up a number, just press 1234 or something, then it will ask you for Your year of birth. After that they will transfer you to an agent. You might get a message saying call volumes are high and they can transfer you. If that happens I've learned a trick. Hangup call back again and do the whole thing in French. I don't speak French nor do I understand that but I know what to press so I just do the same thing in French and usually then I will get transferred. I don't know I guess there's less people in french waiting to be connected. good luck

I just called them. I used english first which didnot work. So i selected French. It worked. Thanks a lot. I was told that I have to wait for 2 more weeks. :-(

I just thought I would chime in. I have a friend who works at CIC and they said that the call centre staff can only see what we can see on eCas. They don't have any more information then that. For those who have called in and received information, it was because your information was processed and depending on the method of delivery, it may just have taken longer to input on the system. I hope this helps.

And before you ask, having a friend who works at CIC has done nothing to help us with our case. Still waiting for PPR and COPR. Just as frustrated as the rest of you!

Okay so I've added myself to the October spreadsheet because I guess technically since they requested updated form on September 25 I'll be considered an October applicant even though I originally sent my application in late August. Only thing is that it's not calculating the dates for me on the spreadsheet, could someone help me

I frustrating here submitted my application on Aug, 25th then re-submitted updated docs on oct.23rd, got another request asking for same form again submitted on dec.5th.

I am on 108 day from august im too scared did they even received my oct. 23rd forms

I'm in the same boat except they only asked me for the form once back in September 25th and I haven't heard anything from them since. Canada post delivered the form Oct 1st! THIS IS SO FRUSTERATING!

What did they say when u called them December 5th saying u already sent the form? Did u provide them with a tracking number?

Which forms did they ask for? Hope they have not misunderstood your application as inland.

Its getting really frustrating. They are not even updating the processing times on their website.

Movement! I woke up this morning to an AOR in my inbox! Given the pattern on the forum, I'm expecting SA to come through next week and will finally know if our application is getting processed in London or will be held in Canada.

I'm the sponsor and am still living in London with my common-law partner where we have been for the last 3+ years. I'm itching to make plans to move home!!
