Just completed my Medical about an hour ago. With Doctor Gabor Lantos in Toronto. Entire process took about an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and 30 minutes. E medical, and had to walk a block to get the Xray done. Went very well and the staff was really nice. The nurse that took my blood was very funny and cheeky.

Hello guys,

If you have been told to go do medicals it you know your initial RCMP would have expired, I will advise you go get it done and scan the result to ottpilot.. Before thwy ask you to go get it done.

I received my caips note and i saw the officer comment that they should create activity for RCMP for Me if the first i submitted as expired. He akso made a note about my partners police clearance. I was proactive about this and I send them an email where to send the result and that i was acting base on visa officer comment. I got reply within 30mibutes to scan the result to them.

Thanks

Thanks!

There is mistake in my spouse's DOB...is anyone else had been in same situation???
Please suggest what to do?

Hello Tarun,

I will suggest you send them an email and inform the its a typo error ( it that is what it is) . If you noticed this error due because you received a aips note, reference that note. Make photocopies of his or her birth certificate and passport page so they can see the right BoD.

This was how i fixed wrong address for my spouse.

does anyone know how long does it take to receive your passport request once your medical has been received? My medical was received in oct 20th 2013 and i haven't heard anything from that time.

Technically you should have got PPR by now. I would suggest talking to your MP and request them to reach out to CIC about your application status. I was in a similar situation. My medicals were uploaded on Oct 30 and I didn't receive anything until 1st week of December. My MP office called CIC on dec 13th and they said my wife's medical are still pending, which wasn't the case as she had done upfront medicals.
It was surprising that I received PPR the same day.

Good Luck

i have already received my PPR before receiving medicals and i submitted it along with my medicals but there is no response after that
