What else do the notes say? CAn you provide us some examples to let others know how your case and others may be progressing?

The notes mainly tell the current status of the following criteria.

Criminality
Eligibility
Security
Medicals

Also you can see all your personal info/ielts score/address etc

When i checked mine thoroughly i noticed that its just a computer generated report which they generated right away when aI requested. I dont know why they kept it for one month and delivered me after.

Why? Very simple, if they would send it right away how would they justify the long processing times and headcount to keep in the office?

Guys,
I have updated the google sheet and added two new columns 'Medicals Done' and 'Medicals Received at CIC' to better track the medicals processing time for all the applicants.

Also I see some NOC codes under the UserID column. Pls make sure you have your UserID correctly under that column.

If you have provided Email address, they send you email.. otherwise regular Mail.
When did you apply? lot of Aug, Sep, Oct people are waiting for MR. Be patient...

Thanks bickyii..you are completely correct. The report is generated on May 07th(the day I requested). So that's the reason it is not showing the latest info. Thanks a lot.

When I requested my notes, nothing was started by that time.. I applied again 10 days ago, hopefully the next one will have some information in it.
