Thanks for the quick response. I have already tried the doctor you suggested and he is fully booked for the next 3 weeks. Do you know of any other Doctor?

Terry Kawchuk is usually very busy and sadly there are not very many options in Atlantic Canada...You might have to drive to Saint John or Fredericton

I received the RCMP request today.

Do you guys know how to get this done and where I should go in Mississauga?
How much time it takes?
What documents are required?
Will they sent it to CIC or I have to collect from them and send it myself to CIC?

I am planning to do the medicals with Dr. Colin F. Saldanha at 550 Matheson Blvd. West, Mississauga.

Did anybody did with the same doctor? They say it will take 2 weeks to reach the medical report to CIC via e-medicals.

Please share your experience or could recommend any other best doctor in Mississauga.

CORRECTION - Sorry guys. Actually, RCMP will send the certificate to YOUR ADDRESS within 72 hours. Then, you will have to send the document to CIC.

RCMP will NOT send the clearance certificate to CIC directly. My apologies for the misinformation earlier.

It depends on who you use and what you request. I used commissioners and their was an option to send directly to CIC, but I choose to have them sent to me first so I could see them!

Concur! I went trough local PD and they gave me the option to send directly or have it forwarded to me first. It was pretty quick turnaround too...which was surprising.

Just got my RCMP details in mail today within four days that is awesome I wasn't expecting it that early at all...

Sending them to Ottawa office right now!

My wife got her medicals done from Dr. Saldanha.....The staff was nice...but they are very busy....They send you to separate lab for the X-Rays....The parking at the lab is paid....and don't forget to take cash for the X-Rays, they don't take cards, while the doctors office only accepts Debit card.

Hi All,
I completed my medicals at Dr Martin Taylor today(100 Richmond West). Over all it was good and everything is completed within 1.5 hrs.

They said it will take 3-5 days for the medicals to be sent to CIC.

If anyone else is planning to go to the same doctor you can PM me for any questions.
