Its been 18 days since I sent my PP. Still no update on my PP. How many days NDVO takes to send the PP back if sent directly thru Bluedart.

I sent my spouse (applicant) PP on Jan 21st thru Blue dart. Since then no update from NDVO. Can anyone tell me how many days it will take to come back if sent by private courier instead of VFS. I'm getting tensioned now :( :(, as I didn't get any sms saying the PP has been received by NDVO.
