I think it changed sometime Sunday night to Monday morning....but I was notified by reply email from a case specific inquiry that my application was referred for final processing on Thursday..Oct 27th

Hi... Do u remember what date your ecas changed to medicals received?
And which province?
We have very similar timelines...
