No worries buddy ... You have to find a new job and get full time employer letter and send it to SINP office. SINP office takes almost 1.5 months to send you new SINP revised letter, then you can get a new work permit and you can update buffalo accordingly when you get your revised SINP letter...

Its very hard to say anything friend ,,we all are waiting and we can't do anything else,,, all i can say is just try to bug them if they don't send you ppr within 70 days
