Had news today from MP ,are file has only just been opened in Seattle 12 months after we sent it .What happened to dealing with them in the order they receive them (seems a bit unfair to me) If my husband was happy in his job and his employers did treat him like a slave thing might be better.Do we wait or give up now like he wants to ?? just been reminded that they must have opened our file because we have a file number and have had our medicals ,so why are they saying one thing and doing another.

Same here nothing yet...its been 7 months since my medical and 13 months for my application...i don't know whats wrong with my application...i emailed them so many times and i get same reply every time that it is in process no further action is required...i think we should run new thread now named as unfortunate applicants.

5 more people who are in he same company have just been approved for PR .They have all only waited between 9 & 11 months and put their applications in after us.We have to wait until Feb before we can even contact Seattle because they moved it It makes me so mad.

Oh you should try to email them again because I always got reply...our application should be on its last stage..what is your ecas status?

Has anyone had their e-Cas go to "In Process" before receiving Medical request????? Mine has but have noticed that all timelines seem to have had med req months before e-cas says in process????????
