Hi, I surrender my Indian passport in India at RPO. I have a 1 year e-visa for India and while I was in India, I surrendered my passport. The Indian passport was surrendered within 30 days of Canadian passport. Do I need to send my evisa or any other document clarifying surrendering in India? Thank you.

Hi, sending documents for OCI tomorrow to Toronto, just confirming couple of things -
- Do I need to sign behind the bank draft?
- I need to include 2 bank drafts. These are correct, right?
- $376 to Consulate General of India - Toronto
- $1.70 to BLS International Services Canada Inc.
- For Toronto, I don't need to send originals, right?
- Should I send a copy of my old expired Indian passport? I had 2 Indian passports.
- Do I need to send copy of all pages inside the passport? Or only the first and last?

hello all !! i am unsure as to what OCI status update i should wait for now.
i applied in-person at the MONTREAL office ( ottawa jurisdiction ). i did not go to ottawa in-person, and i did not mail in my application. and i did not opt for courier service, i opted for in-person pick up, in montreal, when the OCI is ready. i checked on the two websites.
i would like some advise or feedback to inform me if my OCI process is on track, and what status update i should wait for, in order to retrieve the OCI in-person, in montreal.. thanks !
