its been 30 days since acknowledgement. nothing seems to be moving so far. Is anyone else from Vancouver mission in the same boat? i am supposed to fly in first week of november. Should I get my tickets cancelled?

Oh no really.. I thought aftr ack it should b 21 days or so.. Oh gosh.. my flight is on oct 27th.. I dnt evn whn should I change it too.. My ack date is Oct 5th..

Plz keep posted on ur timelines this way I can atleast make some guess..

For most people its taking 30 to 35 days in Vancouver. Currently we see 21 days only in Toronto.

You have to check the OCI site to see status after that. Yours might have got Acknowledged by the consulate around Sept 27 and getting close to the "processed" state.

Someone recently used Visa appt to apply for OCI (Brampton) and from what I've heard (Toronto) they do not care about the appt type. May be different in other locations.
