Did you get RQ? If so your file may have been transferred from St.Calir office for load balancing. My file was transferred Apr 9 ,2015 to Montreal office.

Probably you may be right, many files are quite old and cross their stipulated time. More ever, the CIC might have ran out of all excuses to delay them further. Its quite likely such files were transferred to other locations for faster processing.

If so, its good news and you are close to the decision point. However you would have Oath at your local offices in your own city only.

Doubt it. And honestly I am not sure you managed to convey your point properly.
AFAIK, CIC call centers are located in Nova Scotia, Montreal and Alberta. Your ATIP is saying you talked to a Montreal call center agent. I have that same note on my ATIP file and yet my file is still stuck in TO.

Hi.. Yes I checked with CIC my file is still in St.Clair office not in Montreal..
under officer reviewing/back ground check up....

I did not konw that when you talk with call center agents it shows up on your ATIP. I talked with them many times however it did not show on neither of my ATIPs.

It doesn't and it shouldn't. It shows up only if they send a message to your processing office, if they convey a message to you from the local office. Otherwise it doesn't.

Your responsible office cannot be Montreal, the call center is located in Montreal. If you make an inquiry with the call center then it will show on your ATIP that the responsible office is the Montreal call center.

than transfer to local office than next stage.. etc... 40 months waiting time..

I guess, since its an internal process between CIC and RCMP, it should not take more than couple of weeks.
