Hi,
How do you apply for GCMS notes?
And how long does it take to actually get them after applying?

You get them on 31st day after applying.
search APPLY GCMS notes, its very easy just 5 dollars fees

here is a link how to apply for GCMS-notes
and if you are in canada you can request the GCMS-notes under Privacy Act for FREE

Hi Guys,

My work permit is going to expire on April/2017. My SINP nomination is employer restricted. So my only option for extending work permit is apply for LMIA exempt close work permit. My employer also need to pay the compliance fee. I am planning to apply for extending work permit on Jan/2017.

Now lets say, if I get laid off before January, what will be my option to extend work permit. Your response will be much appreciated.

Thanks

First of all, why you think you will be laid off?.

Most guys here are all negative.. don't know what to say?.

you will be laid off for sure, if you think like this. sorry mate.

No, its $5 for Disclosure of your file. Privacy act doesn't give you details of the process which is what most people here want

It does give you details. I thought like you do, but I checked, and I ordered my GMCS notes using the free way and I got my notes with the same information I got last time.

Folks,

I wonder why you did not do an upfront medical exam. The results are valid for one year. I'm Nov. 21 applicant. I did my med exam on first week of July. I called cic last week. The y said everything is passed and the security check is in progress.

there is no sign that it speeds up process. and it gives the doctor and IRCC to screw up your file

IRCC specifically stated against upfront unless requested or special circumstances

Couple things to note:
1. Privacy Act(PA) is free and inland only.
2. PA will give you the same GCMS info for yourself only. If you have dependents, their info will be blinded.
3. Access to Info Act(AA) will charge $5, and for everyone.
4. AA will disclosure all information on file, only if you attaches consent form for all members.

November 4th Applicant - Still no MR
