Below was my last tracking of my CIC application sent thru courier DHL (from the Philippines). They said they forwarded to local courier of Sydney which is LOOMIS and they gave their website and tracking number to check my shipment.

Same as yours. Im also under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. but my sponsor is a relative. Im just asking coz I have a bestfriend who also wants to go to Canada but she doesn't have relative there, so im just gathering information for her. anyway thank you for your reply. I hope u can give me more information so I can relay it to my friend.

I think MPNP now begins with EOI (expression of interest)...
From the EOIs, they prioritize the highest-scoring qualified candidates with a connection to Manitoba to invite.
These prioritized individuals shall be asked to submit their MPNP application.

I just learned that after AOR, our PR application files shall first be transferred to our local (country) Canadian visa office before we receive our MR.

Anyone here who knows how to check "File Transfer" status?

Yesterday I received a e-mail from my local VO stating:

Good day,

We wish to confirm receipt of your application. Your file number at our office is EP............... Your file is currently awaiting review by an officer. You will be contacted as soon as a review has taken place.

I also did a GCMS Notes request last week and will keep you guys up to speed on what it states as soon as I receive it.

I'll do a case specific inquiry as soon as my PR application goes beyond normal time and much later after that for the GCMS (it costs $25 CND).

I am already able to access my "e-CAS" (e-Client Application Status)...

It details my status:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on November 13, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 4, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on February 4, 2016.

... now I can check the progress of my PR application...
