Still showing eligibility and background is in progress in GCKey.

CoPR document number and expiry is showing in Tracker. What does this mean?

It varies. For me it was within 24 hours of P1. Some people wait from few days to few weeks.

Is there anyway we can call and check if at least our mail was delivered? To make sure, we missed 7 day deadline because mail was not delivered and we kept waiting

You could call IRCC and ask them if they've received the info/need additional info.
