Got my AOR today as well! 8D

It looks like the next step in the process for those of us in QC is:
  • you must first send us your application. (AOR received indicates they got the application and are reviewing it)
  • if you meet the federal requirements to apply for sponsorship, we will send you an email or letter with instructions to download Quebec’s sponsorship kit.
  • fill out and submit Quebec’s undertaking kit. You must attach a copy of the email or letter we sent you to the undertaking application that you submit to the Quebec government."

Thanks!! Yes! I will be applying for OWP. I will probably try at a port of entry so I can get it approved within a few hours rather than a few months. We'll see how that goes lol

Careful with that, I heard you can’t do that for the OWP related to PR spousal sponsorship…but let me know if it ever work!

I already filled the OWP application printed out the email for the sponsorship application to attach it as AOR and I will submit it tomorrow

I believe @rmtl is correct that only US citizens (which I am) or anyone that is TRV-exempt may be able to apply for the OWP at a port of entry -- provided that they have not already applied for the OWP online. So I'm hoping it would be a good option for me. But I'll keep y'all posted on what happens, for sure <3

I noticed that OWP estimate time is around 4 months, that's really long for inland OWP, I hope the time will be reduced.

We have the same timeline, hopefully we hear back something too
Thank you. Honestly, I have problem to link the application. Maybe I will try it again in tomorrow. Also, I find the UCI number in the AOR email was my UCI number not my spouse number.

I think the sponsor gets a different UCI number from the PA . Maybe that’s why it’s not linking
