My AOR is Oct 27th but still no final decision, I guess they are processing the PNPs much faster compared to FSW

Hello, I am under healthcare category and AOR was Nov 14th. Haven’t heard anything since then for BILso sad ! I paid for bio in Dec 7th
What sort of a job are you doing ? And did you submit all your employment letters? (Ex: appointment letters, promotion letters, letter of experience and all your tax return docs, salary slips, and your bank statements have to prove your salary slips as well)
My reaction is same as @santosh.dh This is just atrocious. I guess we can no longer feel "safe" even after eligibility gets completed in the tracker. This means there is no certainity at all in the process. Senior members like @iSaidGoodDay were saying that after passing eligibility there is only a very little chance of ADR but I guess the IRCC changed its assessment methods once again. I feel so sorry for you bro. You must feel so anxious and annoyed, I really hope things work out for you. I'll also lower my hope meter a bit now as well.
The point is that he SHOULD NOT be getting these ADRs after the eligibility completed. Could this mean IRCC is changing the way it's assessing applications now? Could be! Urghh! So annoyed!
Some VOs re-request the same documents again for some reason. Eligibility completed on PR tracker can sometimes be "recommended pass" in reality. It happens less, but the reviewing officer can then request additional docs if they are unsure. It happens with 10-20% applications though. I remember someone who went through 3 ADRs for the same doc in late 2022.
So true! So we are still on the edge with the eligibility even though the tracker says it’s complete. But again I saw someone else say the eligibility in the tracker simply means that our docs required for a certain program is present (but the real eligibility starts later (at the background check stage) I don’t know to what extend this is true
But whatever said and done this is absurd asking for ADR for a very normal document like job proof when it is already offered.
Is there a way to know if eligibility is recommended pass or pass? GCMS is the way to go? Is it also possible that if a document is accepted by one VO can be refused by another?

Yeah......I was planning on going to Germany but sort of abandoned the idea after my eligibility got completed because the German path is really long and hard. But now I think I need to follow that path again because of f***** IRCC and their uncertain way of working. I would be so devasted if I had an ADR after eligibility showing completed on the tracker. But now I'm prepared for it since I'm seeing other similar cases now.
The ADR itself isn't a bad thing. IRCC handles applications in the most fair way possible. Remember you applied because they have opened this door and they do need immigrants in Canada. And if they were going to make it hard for applicants they can just go ahead and close the door from the beginning and not bother handling files and wasting money on jobs and agents etc etc.
If you have nothing to worry about, nothing to hide, your documents are in order and available to be presented if requested, your request for sure will not be denied.
Even if they are about to deny your request, they give you another chance via procedure fairness letter to add more information or to confirm stuff just to give you the opportunity to be fairly heard.
