But I heard if you're beyond this time calling an agent could speed up the process?Forgot to post it
The agent who I spoke to yesterday said that it is "not a definite timeline" for application processing because the system generates an average based on the processed applications.
2023 applications getting completed super fast and 2022 completion no where close.
Also this is from the day the online application was submitted right? Or the AoR?
Normally it is when they receive the complete application, meaning when you submitted it.

I am a November 2022 applicant as well. I have never really posted anything here, but I saw some folks with similar timelines as mine so thought of sharing.
I recently got the citizenship oath ceremony invite and my timelines are as below:
Application Type: Online
Location: Toronto (Primary office: Scarborough Cit Ops, Citizenship Office : Mississauga)
No of Applicants: One
Application Sent: November 07, 2022
AOR: November 22, 2022
In progress: November 24, 2022
Test Completed: March 14, 2023
Ghost Update: October 27, 2023
Background Completed: November 9, 2023
LPP Completed: November 23, 2023
Oath Letter Received: December 1, 2023
Oath Scheduled Date: December 11, 2023
It seems they are working towards getting the applications from last year completed especially for Oct, Nov, Dec applicants.
For me, nothing happened between March 2023 and October 2023 and everything was updated in November.

Did you get the oath update on the tracker first or did you get an email even before that?
Got my notes today, not much helping information. Almost ame as the last one from 2 months ago.
Yes, everything is in progress, only test completed,
Yes , first time was in July, I ordered aging two weeks ago
Scheduled to take the oath on Dec 19th from the tracker.
No email yet, we will get it a week before the ceremony so the zoom link doesn't expire. When we called yesterday, we were told that it's going to be virtual.

I got the letter first and then the tracker was updated after a gap of 2 days.
