I don't have that line and not even PM01 or 2, is that under location for you? I have read that it appears under location but in mine it just says CPC Sydney under the office heading, close to where it says location.
Yes, PM03 is a higher level review with less officers.
Assigned to group 2.
I also have a TRIAGE 1 and 2, whatever that is!!

Your file could be in Hamilton but I could be wrong, or in transit and they just haven't updated it, the agent will have the updated info on that.
Application assignment being blank is either because it hasn't been assigned or they don't want to disclose the due date.

I believe your wife's background checks have been passed but they haven't updated the tracker, do confirm this with the agent. Everything else just seems to be the correspondence. Ours is also assigned to group 2.

I have no clue, maybe some way they group applicants, hoping it doesn't mean they complete everyone in group 1 first and then on to group 2 which I don't think since I did see an applicant who got his oath and was in group 2.
What's your LPP due date?

They don't always go by the due date, some cases they complete it before and some cases by the due date or even later. Your best bet is to contact IRCC now and let them know you haven't given the test and to confirm whether your wife's background checks have been completed by pointing out to your notes. In the meantime, send them a webform or email your processing office every now and then so they take action. We have to wake them up from time to time!!

I received this reply:

"That is the status of your criminality clearance. The criminality clearance is not the same as the security clearance. The status of your wife’s security clearance remains in progress."

Is that true, also, I cannot find the security clearance in the notes

So her BG hasn't passed yet which could take weeks to 6 months. Security is done by CBSA not IRCC, you can order CBSA notes to see which stage it is at.
