How long does it take after passing the test and being invited to the ceremony?

Usually, the ceremony takes place 4 to 6 months after you pass the citizenship test.

How long will I wait between my citizenship test and the ceremony? (cic.gc.ca)

Mine is Sydney too! do u think they are fast?

Oh I don't know, it looks fast because I got the test invite, but then in my case all boxes are still in progress. And I was expecting to have most of them as completed, except for the Test (that I did yesterday) and Oath.

Don't understand why would take so long to complete the finger prints, background, and all the other basic steps that were provided last year =/

We go by delivery date. When was you application delivered? Also when was your BG marked complete?

Very strange.
Right now I received an email from CIC- Calgary.
Why from Calgary?- I live in Vancouver!
The language evidence document that was submitted wit your application does not meet the language requirements. The CLBPT is NOT accepted by Citizenship and Immigration Canada as of language ability for Immigration.
Please submit alternative Language Evidence Document as soon as possible.

Does anyone know where in Vancouver or Richmond, BC this test can be taken? (Which exactly meets the requirements)

What proof of language did you submit for your PR? You can use the same proof even if expired. Else, you can use a Secondary or Post Secondary Education transcripts/diploma (inside or outside Canada) as long as the medium of instruction was in English or French.

You can also try IELTS (computer-based version) ILAC is good for it. You will get results in a couple of days. May I ask what exactly you provided as a document for Language Requirement?
