Timelines:

Only 1 AOR for the October online apps has been granted and that is likely an emergency fast-tracked app as the PA is from Afghanistan. For Sept online apps the AORs are averaging 100 days so you likely won't hear anything until at least February. Unless the machine suddenly gets really efficient really quickly, you still have a ways to go. Try to be patient.

There is a Tracking Tool that you can add your information to so you can watch the timelines in general. Here is the link. Looking at the November Outland tab, currently no one has yet received the AOR. For the October applicants about 25% have received the AOR and most of September's group has received it. If you add your names to the November sheet it might be helpful to you.

Yess... A friend of mine who applied in October 22nd got AOR 1 early last week.. So i am sure by this february, those of us who applied in November will start getting AOR... Lets still be strong while we wait!!
