@legalfalcon I had question about Visa Rejection after AOR date ? Do we have to update the Visa Office about it ?

Any visa rejections post AOR do not have to be informed. However, all visa rejections, of any country have to be disclosed in your application.

Thanks for the info. I have the same case like your, so trying to estimate my timeline. What stage are you at currently? I check immitracker for estimation but i dont know if people update it regularly. Do you know timeline for cases like ours from your research or comments from this forum?
What is your AOR date?

Medical : Passed
Eligibility : Recommended Passed
Criminality : Earlier Passed, Now Not started as per Agent
Security : Not started

As per my research for US residents the processing is very slow as the VO are same as Inland candidates and preference is given to CEC currently. The expected processing time for US resident is 8-14 months, with average time of 9 months. You can’t rely on Immitracker solely as it only has 2-3% of the total cases. But on the positive side as per my knowledge the latest applicant from US who got PPR in Jan was having mid May AOR. Since then all Jan-April AOR are getting PPRs.

Mine is pretty recent:
AOR: 01/14/21
MEP/BIL: 02/05/21
biometric scheduled for 02/23/21

When do you think, should I contact IRCC to know individual statuses?
And I agree, immitracker is a super super subset of actual data. Glad to hear that US applicants from last Jan-Apr are receiving PPR. Knowing that there weren’t any all program draws from April-July, you guys should expect your applications coming next in their pipeline.

I would recommend you to call in 3rd or 4th week of March, I am pretty certain your Eligibility will be passed by that time. Agent will tell the status as passed but tough to find if its recommended passed or fully passed. Almost 2-3 week after Biometric you will see a status change of background check from “we are processing” to “in progress”, that is a sign that eligibility is passed/recommended passed and good time to call and get the latest update. Some people get GU for this change but mostly don’t get it but when you will login you will see the Application Status as Updated.

I am hopefully that our files will be next in the queue but during those 4 months you specified they conducted multiple CEC draws and thus they still need to process those application first and then our files will be prioritized.

We basically have the same case.
From AOR to biometrics.
Its strange though, that the officer has yet to pass the eligibility
It might be that the application might not have reached the Officer for him to take a call on Eligibility at the time when the notes were generated. But I saw the lengthy Eligibility note which the Analysts write and made the recommendation 'Ready to Finalize'. Has your Eligibility passed by an Officer?

I've been waiting 44 days for GCMS notes and still nothing (requested via caipsnotes.com and they haven't received a time extension notice either) - I requested from IRCC so will request again from CBSA.

My husband called IRCC yesterday, he used app Second Phone and it worked well, I live in Ireland.
They told him our application has been transferred to London VO (they said London Ontario on the call but then after the call they sent us an email with contact details for London UK so not sure what is happening there). Interestingly they said that criminality is passed as well as medical at Nova Scotia office before being transferred to LVO, and eligibility and security had not started at the point it was transferred. They couldn't comment on anything else as they can no longer see the file. I don't know the date it was transferred to LVO. The IRCC agent told us to contact London VO but as far as I can see they don't have a number to call so I think it is just webform and GCMS notes from this point forward.

I thought that was unusual that they would start with criminality? But I guess I will just wait to see GCMS notes to confirm criminality is definitely passed or if that was a miscommunication or something.

I've adjusted my expectations and as FSW-Outland I am not expecting any news anytime soon, hopefully this year. Fingers crossed for us. :)

Thanks for your input dude. They started working on CEC files from Aug. let’s hope they get done with it soon.

My AOR date is Nov 16

Still only medical test is updated.
Seems like it will take couple of months to update the eligibility section, IRCC is still working with Aug 2020 applications.

pandameic is delaying everything :(
