Primary VO: Centralized Intake Office
Medical Passed: 15 December 2020
Biometrics: Updated (gave them 1.5 years back for tourist visa)
Eligibility: Passed (though only by the Analyst, not Officer)
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started

Is this timeline considered quick?

For what it's worth, my eligibility hasn't even started and I am a Nov 3 AOR. There is no "standard" timeline. It's all up to luck and location. Some outland applicants pass eligibility 1-2 months after AOR.

Please. Not this again! They don't need the money. They lose money on every candidate, half of the processing fee is covered by Canadian tax payers. The money given by applicants only covers half. This was the quickest way to meet some of their targets, so they did it. I don't blame them. If i was in the government, I'd also give preference to people who are already in the country, who have jobs and have in many cases gotten Canadian education as well. I just hope as an FSW that our applications aren't put on hold indefinitely or worse.

Just got off the phone with ircc. Agent informed me that i passed the eligibility and medical and that criminality has started already. Fsw inland . Aor nov 16 . Medical passed dec 21. I can't recall any GU and my backround has been always " we are processing .. .."

Thanks for the info. I have the same case like your, so trying to estimate my timeline. What stage are you at currently? I check immitracker for estimation but i dont know if people update it regularly. Do you know timeline for cases like ours from your research or comments from this forum?

I have also been with "we are processing.." since day 1 and can't recall having seen any GU either, so it feels good to read evidence that a file can actually move along despite that

From AOR to biometrics.
Its strange though, that the officer has yet to pass the eligibility
