I am FSW-O. AOR Nov 2020.Hello respected member. It's good to see progress on your file. Are you FSW O and what is your Aor And Vo.
I have written to the 3 employers. I am confident that I will get the details from at least 1. Let's see if the other 2 reply on time.It seems like you already had a letter on the company letter head. If I were you, I would do the following:
- use the previous letter that you received from your employer and insert the job description (if it is a PDF, convert it in a word document)
- send both the original and the updated one back to HR and explain to them that you only added the job duties on the updated letter.
- ask them to verify it, sign it and send the one that you need back to you
- tell them that IRCC has been rejecting applications that did not have such information so it is a blessing if you were asked for it.
- send the same email to your former boss and 3 different people in HR
You have to do whatever it takes to try to get the information asked. If you didn't get all of them, show IRCC the communication you will have with your former employer asking 4 that info.
I hope we could till December 2021.Can an AOR Nov 2020 Outland candidate expect approval at least in 2022?
You must first upload the correspondence with the document that you need to submit within 1 week along with a LOE explaining the situation. That way, the Immigration Officer would know that you are working on it and not that you ignore their request. Then you can subsequently upload via webform if you don't hear from them after a while. If you receive the letter after the deadline, you will upload them via webform anyway.I have written to the 3 employers. I am confident that I will get the details from at least 1. Should I upload the email communication to IRCC via their web form ?
You should inform IRCC about your wedding and add your spouse details. You will receive a packet to complete spouse Medical and PCC and will need to attach further documents. Once done it should take 4 months as per the videos below and you and your spouse can fly in together.Hi, I am FSW-O applicant. I applied as a Single applicant. But now i'm deciding on getting married end of this year. Can anyone help me with below please
1. Will getting married impact my CRS scores
2. Can I add my spouse to my existing file
3. If my spouse can be added, what additional documents should I submit for my spouse. Does he have to do IELTS and WES or only medical and police clearance would be fine
Apologies for the list of questions. Currently I'm confused if I should wait for the final decision and get married or to go ahead with the marraige.
Appreciate if you can help me with this please.

After applying for permanent residence under the Economic class - Adding a family member
If you are the principal applicant of a permanent residence application already in process, you could add your spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children to your application, even if they were listed as a non-accompanying dependent in the initial application.
To do so, we invite you to send your add-on request through the IRCC webform available on our website. You can attach the following forms and documents in the field reserved to that effect:
Useful tips
- A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
- A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
- A copy of the family member's valid passport,
- Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
- A letter of explanation, and
- If applicable, the proof of payment.
We hope you will find this information helpful.
- If you need information to fill out the forms, please consult the Fill out the forms section of the instruction guide found in the application kit that you have initially used to apply.
- If the newly eligible family member is a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child who is already a permanent resident or Canadian citizen, only a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship and a letter of explanation are required.
- It may be impossible to add a member of your family to the application if a final decision has already been made.
Your add-on request will be evaluated by the responsible office. You will be contacted when a decision will be made or if further information is required.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.
I worried about that too. Sp i sent IRCC an email. I got the response below. I then put this email response in my letter of explanation.Thank you so much for sharing this. So I now know the response from IRCC. I was worried about if the CRS will be recalculated. But now no worries. Thanks again
This is great to know. Thank you! Also how do you contact IRCC, is there a separate email or through the web form? When I wrote to them about the same issue through the webform, I got a response saying IRCC will only reply to the priority enquiries and any other enquiries will not receive a reply.I worried about that too. Sp i sent IRCC an email. I got the response below. I then put this email response in my letter of explanation.
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information on your file. Since you already submitted your application for permanent residence, the Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score does not apply to you anymore.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.
Did u add your new born to your application?I saw a post here someone got remed recently, did anyone else recv the same?
I got it today but my med is suppose to only expire in dec 2021, I don’t know why its being requested so early.
Also the background check changed to IP2, not sure if that’s a good sign (or just a fake)
I updated my kid’s passport so maybe that triggered something? IRCC is a mystery.
