I would like to know that did any of the November 2020 AOR outland candidates have started receiving COPR or Passport request.

Also if in the worst scenario if COPR is not issued, will IRCC refund us the amount invested ? This delay is huge and the waiting time frame makes everybody frustrated.

You would get all your money back only when your application is cancelled as incomplete.

If the application is rejected, IRCC would only pay you back the PR fees (that is, if you had paid them upfront or if IRCC had sent you a payment request at some point in the processing of your application).

It si not mandatory since you enter the number. However, many applicants do upload it, but it is your choice.

I have a quick question regarding the proof of funds, what has happened that one of my bank account have been closed due to my residency status in my country and gone to a normal savings account .

I have given 2 accounts with proof of funds

Acc1- 123456789 - CLosed now ( But Shown For POF)
Acc2-987654321 - Still Acive ( Shown for POF)

Funds from ACC -1 have been transfered to ACC-2 and in Acc-2 has the total proof of funds .

Should i have to inform IRCC via web form regarding the same .

You do not have to inform IRCC. IF IRCC asked for a revised POF, you can provide the new documents and explain.

Some good news coming out of NDVO that they gave started to issue PPRs to Outland FSW applications. Recently a Jan 2020 Aor got PPR from NDVO and also some FSW applications lso got their remed requests.

Your PPR Is not that far either as your are a MARCH 2020 AOR. Fingers crossed.

I have been through a lot mentally. My family members keep asking me questions everyday. Hopefully it arrives soon.
I don't know if the order of issuing is based on AOR. My VO is Sydney, NS haven't seen activity from there yet.

Yes it does say CB01126 and Assigned by D0011.
I have seen this code around in forums. I don't remember what that means.
My GCMS notes are almost a year old. I did confirm my VO is currently Sydney, NS recently.

It's supposed to be a code used within CIO for applications awaiting officer review. Before covid, applications under CB01126 took 10-12 months to get finalized from what I have seen on this forum but we are way past that point. My application is also at CIO and assigned to CB01126.
