I have written to the 3 employers. I am confident that I will get the details from at least 1. Let's see if the other 2 reply on time.
Should I upload the email communication to IRCC via their web form ?
You must first upload the correspondence with the document that you need to submit within 1 week along with a LOE explaining the situation. That way, the Immigration Officer would know that you are working on it and not that you ignore their request. Then you can subsequently upload via webform if you don't hear from them after a while. If you receive the letter after the deadline, you will upload them via webform anyway.

Hi, I am FSW-O applicant. I applied as a Single applicant. But now i'm deciding on getting married end of this year. Can anyone help me with below please
1. Will getting married impact my CRS scores
2. Can I add my spouse to my existing file
3. If my spouse can be added, what additional documents should I submit for my spouse. Does he have to do IELTS and WES or only medical and police clearance would be fine

You should inform IRCC about your wedding and add your spouse details. You will receive a packet to complete spouse Medical and PCC and will need to attach further documents. Once done it should take 4 months as per the videos below and you and your spouse can fly in together.

After applying for permanent residence under the Economic class - Adding a family member
If you are the principal applicant of a permanent residence application already in process, you could add your spouse or common-law partner, dependent children, and their dependent children to your application, even if they were listed as a non-accompanying dependent in the initial application.
To do so, we invite you to send your add-on request through the IRCC webform available on our website. You can attach the following forms and documents in the field reserved to that effect:
- A new Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) with supporting documents,
- (If applicable) A Schedule A - Background/Declaration (IMM 5669) form,
- (If applicable) An Additional Dependants/Declaration (IMM 0008DEP) form,
- (If applicable) A signed Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form,
- A copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship,
- A copy of the family member's valid passport,
- Police certificates for all countries where the family member over the age of 18 has lived for more than 6 months since turning 18,
- A letter of explanation, and
- If applicable, the proof of payment.
- If you need information to fill out the forms, please consult the Fill out the forms section of the instruction guide found in the application kit that you have initially used to apply.
- If the newly eligible family member is a spouse, common-law partner or dependent child who is already a permanent resident or Canadian citizen, only a copy of the birth certificate, marriage certificate or proof of common-law relationship and a letter of explanation are required.
- It may be impossible to add a member of your family to the application if a final decision has already been made.
Your add-on request will be evaluated by the responsible office. You will be contacted when a decision will be made or if further information is required.

I worried about that too. Sp i sent IRCC an email. I got the response below. I then put this email response in my letter of explanation.

This is great to know. Thank you! Also how do you contact IRCC, is there a separate email or through the web form? When I wrote to them about the same issue through the webform, I got a response saying IRCC will only reply to the priority enquiries and any other enquiries will not receive a reply.
Did u add your new born to your application?
If yes, can you please let me know the procedure to do the same.
