I got pre-arrival services Wednesday March 24 2021 and medical request the next day. Finalyyyyy!!!!
We are processed by Warsaw office. I applied end on November 2019, CSQ (quebec certificate) August 2020 and this is the first news after that.
They are making one milestone per year for me
