Hey Everyone!!

I recently came to know the most saddening news of my life as my spouse Visa got rejected on the matter of not satisfying the govn of Canada that I will leave Canada because of current employment situation and financial status.

• I resigned from my job by August 2019 - is it a must to have employment while applying for visa?
• Applied for visa on October 2019
• Shown bank balance of 10000cad

It would be very helpful if you could help me with this issue.

It was a TRV application for open work permit.
My wife is an international student there.

So guys my husband got request to pay BIO today and our file number no linger has an x infront it . But we deen recieve AOR . We are from st.lucia when i first checked my country didnt need BIO. But i guess thats changed so has anyone experienced this no AOR but request to pay BIO in order to process the application.

Very well application is already linked to ecas it says in process

Can i apply TRV after spouse application submission ? how many chance i can get the TRV ?. i have my company (registered ) in my home country where 21 employees working and company paying the tax. company sales (average 200k canadian dollar )

They dont care . I would take that money and purchase a ticket let spouce visit you. Its even better like that when they see your spouse traveling to see you .

Oh guys great news i recieved the AOR since November 23rd not in my email its on ecas .

i think it`s not good idea, but it`s your way
