it shouldn’t be long ! Do you know what is going to happen after you get the csq did they request your passport to put the visa in and are just waiting after Qc?
It’s ridiculous how they can’t refuse immigrants because they are part of Canada and Canada still gets the last word yet they take their sweet time basically slowing the process down.
Anyhow I wish you get that very soon! You’re almost there:)

Yes. It is frustrating this wait but it is almost over. I think that after sending my csq it will be weeks to receive my passport with my visa. Thank you and good luck to you :)

Should I apply for a TRV immediately or wait for the AOR? I know the chances are less but just want to know when is a good time.

Ideally I think it's before getting married. But, do not lose hope! I did see in the visitor forum where people in your similar situation have successfully applied and got a TRV. I think the important bit is to emphasize that you have enough funds, ties back home, and definitely absolutely utterly will be visiting temporarily, temporarily, temporarily only.

Hi All,

The Canada Post tracking shows that application is delivered. Do we get any notification from CIC as well for the same ? Just to make sure they received the package.
