I get the impression that outland applications from the United States specifically are processed much more quickly than from most other locations, for whatever reason.

Files are assigned differently I think, sometimes you get lucky and go off to someone who is truly interested in doing their jobs

Outland US apps are generally processed very fast.

It was delivered on Nov 9. Still no AOR1 as of 1/10/2019.

I missed the physical signature on the IMM5669 as well. Just sent in via IRCC Webform. Outland US app received on Nov 9. No AOR1 yet. Thanks for sharing the info about the signature.

Hello, not sure if this will help. I called the call centre yesterday and spoke to a representative who told me that for outland applications Sydney is working on October 9 applications (not sure how accurate that is) however she told me it will still be maybe another 2-4 weeks before I hear anything and my application was received on November 21. I don't know if this helps but I thought I would share. I hope we all hear something soon.

I just got a response to my webform. I sent in a webform as we didn't sign physically on our IMM5669. The first webform response I got didn't contain a file number. But the second response I just got a couple of minutes ago had a file number starting with F000.

I am the sponsor I haven't received an email stating I qualify to sponsor so was curious. I will stay glued to my email and see if that comes through. When I get off work as well, will try linking this number online as if it it works.

I called twice last month and got the same response about applications stuck at 9th Oct. I think I just got what looks like a file number, although no official notice of AOR1 so will take that information with a pinch of salt.

Meanwhile guys, ensure you followed through on instructions on form IMM5669

I can't even remember if we physically signed it. Do you think it's ok to re-send IMM5669 in a webform even if I may have physically signed it, just in case?
Did you resend the entire form or just the signature page? Did you send a physical copy or only a scanned document?

I sent in the entire form. There is no rule on duplicating documents so if you are unsure, I will say resend. And send as quickly as possible. I have our file number, so I will say they are on mid Nov applications now as our application was received on the 15th of Nov
