Did the agent put you on hold for few seconds?Reached IRCC agent via phone call for the first time today (tried calling them for a few days in a row). My AOR was November 1st, deadline on May 1st, background check not started yet as per online profile.
The girl I talked to sounded nice and friendly, however she didn't provide any new information whatsoever. I asked specifically about eligibility, background and security checks, she just quoted the information from my online profile and said she cannot see anything different from what I see. Which is super strange, given the fact that many people on this forum reported to have received various updates they couldn't see online from call center agents.
I also ordered notes on April 17, though haven't received them. Curious when I should contact IRCC again to try to get the updates.
IP1, since MP on DEC 05...Are you in IP2 when you check status through your account?
Hi @canshaThis is your best option. Changing NOC may not work at this point.
This is the generic response they gave whether u got ADR or not.Where you asked for ADR? I got the same response from Ottawa last week.
Yes I wrote to them. Got generic response.Same here man! Did you raise a CSE? I think we should have a group for people in Ip2 for months
It would be better to provide everything in one CSE. Choose "Permanent residence" in drop down.Hi @cansha
I tried connecting with the HR, and I now have written communication from them stating that they cannot provide roles and responsibilities, but can issue a service certificate which has the below details:
1. Name of employee
2. Date of joining
3. Designation
4. Department.
They will provide this certificate in 3-5 business days.
Can you please help me with the next steps
1. Do I just attach the letter and mention that they cannot provide roles and responsibilities (so that cic accept the reference letter from my colleague)for now and later on attach the service certificate when received through a separate cse
OR
2. Do I also wait for the service certificate and then submit all details together.
I will also attach one year's pay stubs, one years bank statements showing that salary is credited in my bank account, and last year's income tax return.
Also, while raising a CSE, which option do I choose in the type of application (
1. Permanent Residence (applied online)
OR
2. Replacement Documents, Amendments to Documents and Verification of status documents)
Thanks a lot for the prompt response @cansha . Much appreciated. It would be better to provide everything in one CSE. Choose "Permanent residence" in drop down.
