It doesn't matter if you have a consultant or not. You can order notes and get it in you email, without removing their authorization.

It might work differently for applicants outside of Canada as I tried applying for my cousin but it says she can’t because she has a representative and only they can apply

Yes it is!! Even I'm in IP2 since Apr 19. we are the unlucky 20% cases Don't worry hopefully we will make it soon

Yes, the 20% stat is skewed. Feels more like 40% now

Need your help or please guide me if I should order the gcms notes through my consultancy as they are charging me extra bucks for reading or decoding the notes and they insisting that I should order through them cos if there are any ADR reuqests then they won't guide (which I feel they just want to make money or some kind of gimmick).. kindly guide if I should order the notes by my own and will it be easy to decipher by myself? My AOR 27 ,FSO _ottawa office. Thanks in advance.

Order yourself. I went through a consultant as well but ordered notes myself. It does not impact any representation that you might have previously submitted on your profile.
