I hear you, waiting for something like this is like an ultimate torture of your life.honey.bunny said:oohhh I am hoping that the VO soon gets the file and puts it into the "processing mode" ....like I said waiting for this is like waiting for a seasons finale..LOL..
Humm maybe the slow ones were not on that spreadsheet? Finger crossed for our applications!JYC said:Congrats! I was looking at another spreadsheet, looks like from aor2 to PR granted from HK VO varies from 3-9 months, but a few months ago I checked the cic website, it said the HK VO roughly requires 11 months to process, hopefully it wouldn't take that long for us.
11 months is reasonable.JYC said:Congrats! Still no AOR.ayrazar said:Still no AOR here. Have we heard from the three remaining Nov peeps without AOR recently?
Hi stanstan, I am processed through HK VO, since our progress and timeline is the same, we can probably get feed back from one another. Not sure if the destination city for landing would matter, I am from Toronto anyway.stanstan said:11 months is reasonable.
The moment I saw CIC put a single 17 months of processing time on the new website, I knew they were just lumping up all the VO times by average(some VO takes 20-ish months as I remember)...
So you are also applying from HK? We can compare the timeline in the future ;D
Who knows, but I had already prepared for the worst.summersunsunfan said:Humm maybe the slow ones were not on that spreadsheet? Finger crossed for our applications!
I am sure it will come this week.Labbadulc said:I really want my third line to appear and congrats to all that have it... wish i could have mine..
On their website you were able to get more specific data about the number of applicants and the time its took to process 20, 50 and 80% of those applications.krishnalynn said:Honestly, I don't believe anything posted on CIC's website for Family Class processing times. Especially with the VO's...it just seemed way off from what everyone was actually reporting.
