This is included in the PPR email, I filled out just my information on the chart (principal applicant) and left spouse blank, as I assumed that since she is the one sponsoring me they don't need that info, would only need if if I was coming to Canada as a PR and bringing her or family members...

Also, for the updated information chart, I just filled in my details (applicant) and thats it. I see there is a spouse/partner part, I assume thats only if I was coming to Canada as a PR and bringing my spouse with me right? No need to fill her details out since she is the one sponsoring me right?

"Please submit one photocopy of the photo page and any pages containing amendments of the valid passport for you and one for each accompanying family member. " Any idea what pages containing amendments means? is that any pages where I have got a visa stamp before?
