So they say "Processing applications received on November 6th" and then they say "89 days processing time".
The website also states that if it has been longer than that you should call. Do they mean if they received your application before Nov 6th or if it has been longer than 89 days? Because those are 2 very different time frames.

most likely they will go by the date posted and will not do anything until you are past that date.

Congrats!!!! Well, I haven't received SA yet and it'll be three weeks this Friday since I received my AOR. It varies from one applicant to the next but check out the average wait time in the spreadsheets.

Why would they say that your application is complete, then ask you for a marriage certificate. Should you have already included that in you application in the first place?

They asked for the marriage certificate two weeks ago, and i sent the MC the next day. I got AOR just today stating that my application is completed now.

-I have a question, how do you guys check E-cas, because i have been trying to log in today but i can't. :(

most people can't log into ECAS until AFTER SA is received. even then it takes time. Receipt numbers do not work, only UCI and file numbers will log you in. if you have a UCI because of a previous application with CIC you *might* be able to see info about your application, though normally, the information doesn't change until AFTER CIC has already contacted you.
