Read some confusing articles about Outland applications being returned for living in Canada and wanted clarification. Wife is currently in Canada visiting. Want to apply Outland.
Is this correct?
On Document Checklist - Form IMM5533
5. Class of Application do I choose?
3rd checkbox - "I am currently living in Canada, and I am applying under the Family Class (not under the Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada
Class). I understand that I may be convoke to attend an interview at a visa office outside Canada.?
On Application to Sponsor - Form IMM1344
6. a) The principal applicant is your
- Spouse living outside Canada
