Guy i didnt get sa yet but my ecas changed to desicion made and its writen we sebt u letter on 25 feb
But we didnt get any email or anything yet hope it means somthing good im alitle nervouse

We just got the email with the passport request!!! ;D Yay!!

No email for SA, only AOR and our status changed on ECAS to decision made!

Congrats ocebru12....!!!! Is Paris your VO? You said your passport was requested by email? Tell me about it. My app has been transferred to VO Paris on Feb 20 and no news yet,

I am from Spain (visa-exempt country)

Hey Spain,

Yes our file was supposed to be sent to Paris because my husband is from Portugal but I think it was transferred to Ottawa instead. That is why it went so fast and we received via email the passport request. We have to send photos and a copy of his passport to Ottawa. Portugal is also a visa-exempt country so I was surprised when they asked for the passport...

Aliasghary don't worry this is exactly what happened to me and one week later I received the passport request. I never received anything else than the AOR so don't be nervous it is positive!

I recieved my AOR yesterday,CIC received our app Nov 18th,on Jan 6th they requested a missing form and received it a week later,...
waiting for SA

can we check our ecas with the UCI number on the AOR? or we have to wait for SA?

you can of course try, though it will probably won't result in anything. generally, ECAS is not available until AFTER SA has been received. the people who can access ECAS before SA have had a previous application with CIC.

My app was Nov 21st, and I didn't get any notification of anything. Called them last week and told me a form is missing and notification was sent on the 12. She said its in the mail, so keep waiting. Called them this week, since it never came, and the CIC agent told me it was sent via email. :-\

She read though the notes and was able to tell me which form is missing, and she said she put a request over to the officer to resend that email to me. They even confirmed the correct gmail account that I have, so I dont understand why I never got it.

Anyways, she gave me the file# and she said "She would" send it to the address I sent my application to or wait till I get a notification from the agent again.

I'm gonna send it anyways!!
